Crunchy squid bites

Carefully selected squid, in lightly floured crunchy bites. They can accompany seafood snacks and hearty salads, but they are equally delicious when baked in the oven. 

Ingredients: Squid rings, wheat flour, sunflower oil, water, yeast, salt.
   

~ Tips and instructions ~

Unpack the content and cook without defrosting.

Frying pan: Put oil in the pan, about 1cm, and when it’s heated, place the squid rings, without defrosting. Fry for 2-3 minutes, over medium heat till they get a golden brown color.

Fryer: Heat the oil in the fryer at 180°C and fry the squid rings, without defrosting, for 1-2 minutes, until they get a golden brown color.

Oven: Preheat the oven at 220°C (for air, 210°C). Place the squid rings, without defrosting, over a pan where you have put greaseproof paper. Bake for 10-12 minutes until they get a golden brown color. Turn once.

It may contain traces of bones.

Fish & seafood are natural products; therefore the packaging may include more or less pieces, without affecting the indicated weight.

In the freezer:

6°C: 1 week

12°C: 1 month

18°C: until the expiry date
