Plaice fillet whole

Plaice is a popular fish, known for its white, delicious flesh and subtle odor. It is now available in breaded fillets. You can bake them in the oven or fry them. They are also ideal for a children meal. 

Ingredients: Plaice fillet from Pacific, wheat flour, sunflower oil, water, potato starch, yeast, dextrose, salt, spices (paprika, turmeric).
   

~ Tips and instructions ~

Unpack the content and cook without defrosting.

Frying pan: Put oil in the pan, about 1cm and when it’s heated, place the fillets without defrosting. Fry each side for 6-8 minutes, turning regularly, until the fillets get a golden brown color.

Oven: Preheat oven at 230°C. Place the fillets, without defrosting, over a pan where you have put greaseproof paper. Bake for 14-17 minutes until they become crispy.  

CAUTION:

It may contain traces of bones.

Fish & seafood are natural products; therefore the packaging may include more or less pieces, without affecting the indicated weight.

In the freezer:

6°C: 1 week

12°C: 1 month

18°C: until the expiry date

CAUTION: AFTER THAWING THE FISH, DO NOT RE-FREEZE
