A favorite traditional recipe that contains all the deliciousness of the octopus. It is an ideal dish for fasting, while it is offered all year round as a hearty and healthy meal with pure ingredients for the whole family.

Optionally add chopped cherry tomatoes and parsley and in 7 minutes you can enjoy it!

How to use

Stored at -18°C. To be cooked before consumption.

Cook the product without defrosting.

Cooking instructions:

Set the fire to medium intensity.

  • Place a medium-sized pot or pan on the heat and add 3 tablespoons of water.
  • Open the bag, pour the contents into the pot/pan and cook for 4 minutes on medium heat with the lid closed. 
  •  Αfter 4 minutes, open the lid and stir; Then close the lid and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  •  At the end of this, open the lid; shake and stir the content, and serve hot.

Serve by adding fresh parsley for extra taste. You can add fresh cherry tomatoes for extra taste and color at the beginning.

Cooking times may vary slightly depending on the cookware and hotplate you use.
