Fish sticks

Sticks from tender cod fillets with a delicious crunchy breading, baked in the oven to preserve the original taste of the fish, and its juicy flesh. Breading doesn’t contain any preservatives or chemical additives. The fish sticks can be easily cooked and constitute a delicious meal for kids. Available in packs of 10 and 15 pieces. 

Ingredients: Alaska Pollock fillet, wheat flour, water, sunflower oil, potato starch, salt, spices (paprika, turmeric), yeast.
   

~ Tips and instructions ~

Unpack the content and cook without defrosting.

Frying pan: Put oil in the pan, about 1cm, and when it’s heated, place the fish sticks without defrosting. Fry each side of the fish sticks for 3-4 minutes, over medium heat till they get a golden brown color.

Fryer: Heat the oil in the fryer at 170°C and fry the fish sticks without defrosting for about 3-5 minutes.

Oven: Preheat the oven at 230°C. Place the fish sticks, without defrosting, over a pan where you have put greaseproof paper. Bake for 10-12 minutes until they become crispy. Turn once.

CAUTION:

It may contain traces of bones.

Fish & seafood are natural products; therefore the packaging may include more or less pieces, without affecting the indicated weight.

In the freezer:

6°C: 1 week

12°C: 1 month

18°C: until the expiry date

CAUTION: AFTER THAWING THE FISH, DO NOT RE-FREEZE
